NEWSLETTERS

A little community-building goes a long way, and whether someone is into guitars and music, food, exotic coding, or just about anything else, people like to feel connected. A newsletter can provides an opportunity to make customers, partners, and employees feel closer to you, closer to others who share the same interest — something we all need, perhaps more now than ever. I have written, edited, and designed many newsletters for internal and external use, for industry and for enthusiasts . Whether you're putting a newsletter online or printing it (or both), it can be one of your most effective communication tools.

Here are a few samples of newsletters I've created, for customers, distributors, and those following products and companies, and for internal distribution within the company to promote communication and team building.

Rivera Owner's Group (ROG) Newsletter
The enthusiasm some consumers have for a product or manufacturer is hard to beat. Musicians by nature like to get together, to share ideas, to be the first to know something new. This newsletter covers endorsers, products, and more.

RAE Partner News
This newsletter was designed to reach primarily distributors and others in the company's sales force. Part of the design philosophy is to have enough interesting things to compel reading, but nothing so lengthy as to make it a chore. Busy people have enough to do without being dragged into something else that eats their time.

RAE Monitor internal newsletter
In any company, it's easy for people to feel disconnected from what's going on, whether in another department or at another site. A mature company shares the same challenge as a young, growing company: finding ways to make everyone feel that they're part of a whole, that they're appreciated, and that they're recognized for their accomplisments. An internal newsletter is an excellent way to strengthen bonds and make everyone feel their presence and participation are vital. In addition, it's a good way to foster participation and to disseminate safety, insurance, and other information.
